Production and Shipping Udpate!

Hello again, friends!

I wanted to give everyone a quick update while I'm taking a break in production. Here's the final packaging for the Gelatinous Cubes!

International Orders. I have and shipped all international orders that had confirmed addresses and shipping paid. If you have not received your tracking number, please let me know so that I can check your order and provide you with the tracking information.

Domestic Orders. I am working on getting the rest of the cubes made. I have most done, but I need to do an inventory of the Red, Black, and Green cubes to see how many more I need to make. I also am letting a few more batches of bar soaps for mystery packages cure.

Shipping Timeline. Currently it is taking a little more time than I like with cleaning up and sealing the gelatinous cubes. I also have to begin the packaging process for the mystery packages. My original timeline was to have everything ready to ship December 3rd. I don't know if that is a realistic goal at the moment. Thankfully that's why I gave myself a bit more of a buffer for shipping to get everything to you all before the holidays. I am going to work to get everything finished as close to the end of next week as possible, however I'm extending my goal to have everything ready to mail by December 10th. 

I will be locking shipping addresses through Backerkit on December 1st and charging cards round the same time. Please double check that your address is correct beforehand so there won't be any issues with getting your package to you!

Changes for RPG Character Surveys and More Production Updates!

Hello again, friends!

A couple of important announcements before we get to more updates.

A small change of plans for those of you who backed the Add On for the Create Your Character RPG Soap Set. Originally I was going to try and go through my Etsy for you to provide your character information. However, I couldn't get it to work without having it charge either me or you, so I scrapped that plan and came up with a new one! 

For the 9 or so people who got a character set, please use this Google Survey link and fill out the information requested to complete your set.

Reminder for International Orders. I will be packaging International Orders next week. I will be charging the remainder of add ons and shipping this weekend to ensure that I'll be able to get these out with plenty of time for them to arrive for the holidays. Please send me a message if you need be to delay this process for your order.

Update Time!

I have been making a different color cube every day this week and am very close to having them ready for the international shipping round. I have the silver left to go tomorrow. Here's how the others are turning out.

I think they are looking so great, and I hope you do too! I'll have the silver to show off next time! 

Add On Updates. I will be getting the liquid soaps bottled this weekend. I was hoping to get them done earlier, but my shipment of bottle lids was delayed so I finally got started on that today. I will be getting the hand sanitizers bottled this weekend as well. I have enough Mystery Packages made up to get international orders out the door, though I will need to make a few soap batches next week to put more packages together before the bulk of domestic shipping goes out at the start of December. I have all the soaps made for the RPG Character Sets, so there's nothing else I need to do to prepare for those once the surveys are completed.

Packaging Update! I commissioned an artist to make a unique Gelatinous Cube for my products! They did a really awesome job, and I want to show it off. If you like their work, definitely consider commissioning her for your D&D characters or unique, nerdy designs! She's drawn several of my D&D characters, and I've always been blown away by both her attention to detail and her turnaround time. You can click on the image to go check out her commission page.

They also provided me with variations of all the colors I've made for the Kickstarter, so each package with have a matching logo. I'm working on getting the packaging labels designed and will have those ready tomorrow. The last thing I'll need to test is the removable adhesive sticker and the vinyl sticker options and see which will work best. I should have that completely finalized for the next update.

I'm looking forward to getting these little ones fixed and vaxxed so they can finally get to their forever homes! Still working on making sure they all use the litter box (still haven't caught the culprit who keeps peeing on the pee pads), but we'll get there. If anyone whose raised kittens has some advice, we'd love to hear it!

Production Planning, Shipping Goals, and More!

Hello, friends! 

I have returned from Tennessee! I'll be back out on the road tomorrow for my last convention of the year, then I'll be able to switch my focus to be 100% on production for Gelatinous cubes. I have ordered everything that I need for the time being, but I will be getting some more colorants just to make sure that I won't run low towards the end of the month. 

Backerkit surveys were sent last week, and HOLY MOLEY! The number of add on orders through Backerkit is astounding! We've raised almost $3000 in additional cubes and soaps, with 80% of surveys completed.  If you haven't received yours, you can follow the link below to have it resent to the email you used for Kickstarter.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. I will be producing and packaging international orders first.  The goal is to have them ready to ship by the 15th of November. I will be locking those orders individually and taking payment through Backerkit as soon as they are ready to ship, so if you are outside the United States, please make sure you have completed your surveys before then so I can have them in the mail in a timely manner.

FOR RETAILER ORDERS. I will be reaching out to you next week to finalize your wholesale purchases. The goal is to have them ready to ship out in the same schedule as both International and Domestic orders, depending on your location.

PACKAGING UPDATE. I am thrilled to give you all this update! This is something that I was hoping to do during the original Kickstarter campaign, but I wasn't able to afford it before. But since we're at almost $15,000 raised between Kickstarter and Backerkit I've been able to put through an initial order of hard acrylic cases! These will replace the vinyl packaging I had originally planned. This is not only going to speed up production, the final product looks much more professional and will ship better over all. Check out the pictures of the test batches I made yesterday!

KITTEN UPDATE! They are growing up so fast! They are walking (or tumbling, or flopping, and sometimes rolling) around. They are all very playful and such a blast to watch. We've also given them names (a couple temporary, a couple permanent) to match their budding personalities. Number 1 (the tabby boy) is Theodore Roosevelt Ruxpin because he's a little rough and tumble teddy bear. Number 2 (on my shoulder) is Sad Boi Bruce Lee because he always looks dejected but will throw hands during play time or when our pup decides to get too close. Number 3 (the tortie baby) is Andromeda because she's a space cadet with rocket zoomies. Number 4 (the calico) is Tinkerbell because she is a little troublemaking, escape artist pixie! Each one of the family got to name one of the kittens. I'll let you figure out which one I named! We will be looking to adopt them out in December. Right now Teddy and Tinkerbell are spoken for, but Andromeda, Sad Boi Bruce Lee, and their mom Borg are all still looking for their forever homes. Here's a little video I took yesterday. I'll have some better photos and short videos for my next kitten update!

Everyone should have gotten a message about them. You'll have the opportunity to add more soaps or other Pure Alchemy products.

Slime Green!

Scented with a wonderful, unique blend of deep water fern and sweet sandalwood

Classic Blue!

Scented with a blend of ripe blueberry, fresh thyme, and bergamot with hints of vanilla and creeping vines

Blood Ooze!

A blend of firey candied cinnamon poured over amber resin, earthed down with sandalwood bark and cedar driftwood.

Black Pudding!

scented a creamy blend of coconut milk, black pepper, tonka bean, cypress, and jasmine musk.

Psionic Jelly

Relaxing blend of fresh picked lavender and smooth vanilla bean evoking hints of forbidden secrets just out of reach.

Gray Ooze

 Silver Sage and Silver Fir make up the base of the fragrance, blended with freshly lit incense and vetiver with hints of anise, patchouli, and eucalyptus.

Golden Cube!

Golden Honey Meade spiced with a fragrant chai blend of cardamom, ginger, pink peppercorn, fennel, coriander, and cinnamon with a touch of vanilla and cream.
