The first few pledge manager surveys have gone out. (Just a small percentage of you will get them at this time, just so that we can ensure everything was set up properly and no wrinkles appear before sending it to you all at once.)

Backerkit Surveys Are In Review!

Hello there, friends!

The survey is in review through Backerkit as of this morning. I thought it would just go through, but we're waiting for the thumbs up and then we will be sending them out to you! In the mean time, I have started production on the Slime Green cubes this week. I wanted to get a head start so that I don't have as much work to do in November. I've also ordered the second round of jelly soap ingredients, as well as dice and colorants. 

The only thing I need to finalize is the packaging. I ordered 2.5 inch packaging from 2 different suppliers for the dire cubes, but they weren't actually the same size... what?! One was 2.5 cubed, the other was 2.25 inch cubed. I can squeeze the jelly soap into the 2.25 one, but the 2.5 inch packaging gives the cube room to jiggle move. I'm trying to figure it out which one I think would look better, and I'll let you all know once it's all settled. If you have any preference, feel free to leave it in the comments!

I do have the colors finalized for the Silver and Gold Cubes! Check out how they turned out!

The Backer Surveys will be sent out to everyone as soon as the review is complete. I have another organizer who is making sure they will be done in a timely manner, so the moment we have the go ahead they will be emailed to you. I will be gone for the next week and a half in Tennessee for two conventions (Chattanooga Comic Con and Music City Multi Con if anyone is going there make sure you stop by!), and I hope to have everyone's picks for what soap options they want so I know how many of each to make!

Materials Are Arriving!

Hello friends!

I hope you all are doing well. I wanted to send out this message to let you know where we are at with the project. But before we do that, it's time for a kitten update!

We have not given them names yet, mostly because we are looking to adopt them out to people who want to love them forever and figured they should be the ones to name the little ones. They will be ready to go to new homes in November as long as they are all healthy. So far they are growing big and strong!

So what have I been doing? you might ask.  I've been busy too! I've received my first batch of jelly soap ingredients at the end of last week, along with the first round of dice and packaging. I've been making small batches while I wait for my additional molds to arrive. I received the 2 inch molds yesterday, and will hopefully get the rest of the 2.5 inch molds next week. I will be able to order the remainder of what I need once the Kickstarter funds arrive.  

I've also determined the final fragrances for both the Silver and Gold Jelly Cubes! I'll hopefully have the time to do the color test batches tomorrow so I'll be able to have photos in the next update. 

Silver Gelatinous Cube - Silver Sage and Silver Fir make up the base of the fragrance, blended with freshly lit incense and vetiver with hints of anise, patchouli, and eucalyptus.

Gold Gelatinous Cube - Golden Honey Meade spiced with a fragrant chai blend of cardamom, ginger, pink peppercorn, fennel, coriander, and cinnamon with a touch of vanilla and cream. 

I should also have the surveys finalized by the end of this week, so the next update will include details on that and when we will be sending them out. We Did It! Woohoo!

Hi everyone! Cassi here! I am so excited to finally have the Kickstarter complete, and far above any expectations I had for it. I've had such a busy week here dealing with prepping for Hurricane Ian, getting everything cleaned up after the hurricane passed over, and my cat had her kittens! So I apologize for the delay in getting this update out. Kitten tax below! (Update at the end)

While I wait for Kickstarter to take care of collecting all the funds to send my way, I was able to start ordering supplies to get things going. My first shipment of the jelly soap ingredients is scheduled to arrive Tuesday, Oct. 4. I have ordered additional molds for when I can swing into full production of the cubes. In the mean time I have the ones I ordered for test batching so I can slowly get started with small batches in the mean time. I still need to order additional dice in both sizes, additional packaging, and do some test batches of the silver and gold cubes to make sure I can get the colors and scents right. I should be able to update you all with those towards the end of this week. I am also getting some assistance in getting the backer surveys set up so we can get your choices for colors/scents worked out. Those will be sent out as soon as the survey is complete on my end.

For the next two weeks I'll be in production mode for my upcoming conventions for the fall/winter season. That will be my priority to build my stock up. Then I'll be able to transition over to getting the gelatinous cubes starting in mid-October. 

I appreciate your patience in getting this update out. Thank you so much once again for supporting this project. I look forward to getting started on these! I'll be putting more updates on my Instagram of both the soap making and the kittens progress. I hope you all have a great week!

It's the final day! 

24 hours to go and you've blown away Every. Single. Stretch goal! (Including the two secret ones!) 

You've unlocked ALL THE JELLIES!

But it's not quite over yet, maybe we can convince Cassi to come up with an extra super special variant if we raise enough! 

And we have a stream tonight, where we'll be playing D&D and... guess what they'll be facing? That's right, a horde of jellies! Join us at 4pm EST over at twitch.tv/masterofrem. 

Hopefully Cassi, head alchemist, will be joining us, but she's possibly in the path of a hurricane and whether or not she will have power at the time is still up in the air.  But we'll be streaming regardless.
